What we do, and what we don't
Here is what this site does: Hearing tests We are not that firm, and we do not carry out any inspections, tests or work ourselves. The enquiry you send goes to one specialist covering your area, and it is that specialist who contacts you.
Reading and reusing these pages
You are welcome to read this site and to print a page for your own personal use. Everything on it, the words, the images, the design and the code behind it, belongs to Salford Hearing Centre or to those who have licensed it to us. You may not copy it for publication, frame it on another site, scrape it, or otherwise misuse it.
General information, not a diagnosis
Hearing tests What you read on these pages is general information about hearing tests, not a survey, a report or advice about your particular situation. It should not be relied on in place of a proper hearing test.
Sending an enquiry
Sending the enquiry form costs you nothing, and it does not create a contract between you and us. Here is what happens to the details you send: Your enquiry, with the details you gave, is passed to one specialist firm covering the area you told us about, so that they can contact you about it. They use it only to answer your enquiry and to arrange any visit or work you agree with them, and from that point they are responsible for how they handle it. We do not pass your details to anyone else for their own use. Any appointment, quotation or work that follows is a matter agreed directly between you and the specialist, under that specialist's own terms. The specialist may pay us when we pass the enquiry on. You pay us nothing, and you are free to get quotes from anyone else. You remain free to seek quotes or opinions from anyone else you choose.
What the specialist answers for
The specialist who contacts you is responsible for their own inspection, advice, quotation, work and any guarantee they offer. If something goes wrong with the appointment or the work, raise it with them first. We would also like to know, so please tell us through the contact page.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise either. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.
The limit of our responsibility
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from sending an enquiry through it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Links to other websites

Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site, and a later change does not affect an enquiry you have already sent.
